It’s amazing how one day someone walks into your life and you can’t remember how you ever lived without them.
Rewind a little while back. We were both finding our paths while trying to make it in New York City. If you have lived here before you know the grind it is to be here…it’s a place with millions of people, but a lonely city at the same time. Most people have to stay so focused on work and their careers, they forget what it’s like to really feel happiness. We put our own feelings in the back seat so we can do what society says…go to school, get a job, start your career, and figure out life.
We were no different until we met each other. It’s funny how when you meet the right person, life takes on a different meaning. You feel true happiness when you are together and realize that is what matters the most. All it took was our first kiss and we have been inseparable ever since.
Traveling from an early age gave me a chance to observe how culture, family, food, work, time zone, and weather affect EVERYTHING we do.
I launched into Psychology and Anthropology right out of high school to get the gist of “US” humans, and understand the fundamentals that push our buttons and turn us into what we ultimately become: driven, laid back, procrastinators, overachievers…
I have been unbelievably lucky over the past few years to experience amazing people from bubble babies (teaching swimming to new borns) to training groups with physical and mental difficulties. When I am not in group coaching settings, my days are filled with even more incredible “people” coming from all horizons harvesting the most diverse hopes, goals, and dreams.
I have discovered that in this sugar coated reality there is a great amount of struggles, fears, disorders, disabilities, trauma, and abuse, but I have also seen what a soft approach to an organized diet, a discipline schedule, a custom exercise routine, a soft hand, a gentle talk, a soothing smile and care can slowly do to the spirit and the body.
I get all my reward from a smile after a long struggle, a high five after a scale reading, a call after outstanding blood work results, and a joyful text after a successful wedding dress fitting.
Life is made of a multitude of small little moments that build a successful and rewarding story, and I want to be part of your moments ☺

Hi! As you know my name is Nicholas Gogel and I am here to guide you to being The Ultimate You!
I chose early on to live my life with positivity and to be full of happiness, no matter the circumstances. Life isn’t easy and sometimes the cards that we are dealt are not fair, but its how you choose to play the game that determines the person you become. I was born with Type 1 Diabetes when I was 4 years old, so having to overcome obstacles became part of who I am. I grew up with 3 siblings around the same age, so there was no room for special treatment. I never let being diabetic slow me down one bit, as rather than feeling down about having a disease, I was a student athlete who participated in everything. I could have given up and let my body go, blame it on having bad luck and fold early. Instead I became the best version of myself, always stayed on top of being in the best shape I possibly could, worked out hard, stayed very on top of my diabetes and even modeled for 10 years. My love for sports, physical activity and delicious cuisine was never effected, as I did not let it! My mom made sure I never felt different and to this day I never see being diabetic as a setback, if anything it shaped the man I am today.
I am here to tell you life isn’t easy, but it’s the attitude in which we choose to face these challenges that defines who we are. It’s never too late to become a better you and to feel your best.
Lets do this together!!
I have worked with Morgan for a little over a year and look forward to each session. She pushes me to work hard, all the while encouraging me. With her help, I am in better shape then I have ever been at, at almost 40 years old. She is an amazing trainer, who is dedicated to her clients.
Morgan is not only an amazing person, but a dedicated and passionate trainer. She puts 100% of her time and effort into her clients making sure they reach their full potential. I had never been comfortable with my body, and I had never been to a gym from lack of confidence. Morgan helped me discover how I could sculpt my body into what I wanted to see in a healthy way. She was the first one to put me under a squat bar and teach me the proper form. She showed me how to find the perfect balance between strength training and cardio, while always keeping the workout fun. If it wasn’t for Morgan putting me in a gym I don’t know where I’d be today.
I love working with La Vita Aura. Focusing on my health was a top priority during my pregnancy in preparation for my first child. Having a resource to make sure I was able to safely workout while still reaching my health goals was exactly what I needed!
La Vita Aura helped me stay organized and plan my workouts leading up to my wedding day. Having a plan guided me to spending my time wisely at the gym and was able to get the results I wanted!
I have been working out with personal trainers for more than 30 years and Morgan is simply the best!
La Vita Aura has helped me achieve so many goals during the most stressful time of my life. Morgan & Nick helped me able to prioritize my mental and physical health daily while working night shift full time and being a full time graduate student. Being able to have a plan that was truly made for me and my needs made spending 30 minutes on myself worth every second.
I have been working with Morgan for more than 1 year. In this time I have seen significant improvements in my body conditioning as well as my overall health including posture. Apart from my weekly sessions, Morgan has been with me to improve my diet. I have noticed improvements in my yearly blood work. Morgan is always punctual, enthusiastic, and encouraging. I highly recommend Morgan as a personal trainer.
Morgan and Nick are the most knowledgeable and invested trainers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Whether it was helping me to perfect my deadlift form or teaching me how to eat properly (and enjoy it), their passion and friendly dispositions encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone. The knowledge they have passed to me allows me to lead my Marines and help them train and diet properly. 10/10 would recommend these 2 wonderful people.
I have known Nick since he was a child and have always been impressed with how well he has incorporated his T1 diabetes into his life no matter what he has been doing: sports, modeling or running a business.
Morgan is an amazing and knowledgeable trainer. She has helped me work through an injury by teaching me correct form while working out. I highly recommend her.
My trainer Morgan Nugent is amazing. I am not always excited to exercise but she makes it fun to come and I never regret coming. I always leave satisfied with what I did because Morgan knows exactly what I need to do. She’s amazingly sweet, caring, fun and a super motivator. She motivates me even on my worst days. 10/10!
