Every mother’s journey is different and deserves careful attention specific to their needs after having a baby. Our programs are designed to be mailable to the individual mother and the care she needs postpartum. La Vita Aura works within the clearance of a doctor and emphasizes the safety of the mother.

It is very important that parents feel empowered with ways they can relax once they are home and in times when everything around them may feel overwhelming or uncertain.

La Vita Aura believes it is crucial for all mothers to receive a little guidance on how to physically handle a baby and the impact that carrying and picking up a child regularly without proper form can cause on the mother’s body. As a result part of our postpartum exercise program includes instructing mothers on how to properly pick up a child from a crib and how to correctly hold their child to avoid future back injury. We offer informational guides so that mothers are equipped with the proper tools to be strong healthy mothers. Once the mothers are done working with us they will have the knowledge on how to balance a healthy lifestyle with motherhood.
